CamelBak Bento Box
In 2023, CamelBak held a design competition which challenged college students to create a product using VSS or vacuum stainless steel technology. My entry into this competition was a new take on the classic bento box. The product consists of 1 parent box, and 4 smaller compartments. Having each component being made of insulated VSS, allows for hot and cold food items to be stored without thermal contamination. The overarching idea of the product is to allow the user to store hot and cold foods adjacent to each other before combining them in the parent box come lunchtime.
